Complete High-Production DTF Workflow

The PANTHERA V4 2X6 Complete System combines high-speed, expanded-color printing with an automated roll-to-roll powdering and curing workflow.

The printer produces approximately 16 to 20 square meters per hour at 6-pass under optimized conditions. Printed film feeds directly into the included V4 shaker, where powder is applied, excess powder is recovered, the transfer is cured and cooled, and the finished film is collected automatically.

The system is designed for professional transfer producers, garment decorators, wholesale gang-sheet suppliers, fulfillment operations, and other businesses requiring sustained commercial output.

Professional 9-Color Printing

The nine-channel ink architecture provides either broader color reproduction or vivid fluorescent effects beyond conventional CMYK + White DTF printing.

The expanded-gamut configuration improves saturated colors, branded graphics, logos, sports artwork, gradients, and spot-color reproduction. The fluorescent configuration is ideal for streetwear, events, sportswear, promotional apparel, and specialty merchandise.

The ink configuration must be selected at the time of purchase and matched with the appropriate inks, RIP setup, channel arrangement, and color profiles.

Fourth-Generation Intelligent Powder Shaker & Dryer

The included DTFLINE V4 shaker is production-matched for professional two-, four-, and six-printhead DTF printers and can support compatible throughput of up to approximately 370 square feet per hour.

Its compact design is approximately 33.7 inches wide, allowing it to pass through many standard doorways without disassembly, and is up to approximately 40 inches shorter than many traditional shaker systems.

Automated features include smart powder dispensing, powder-shortage alerts, excess-powder recovery, adaptive temperature control, upper and lower heating, film cooling, automatic take-up, touchscreen operation, and built-in smoke and oil purification.

Important Ink-Configuration Notice

The expanded-gamut and fluorescent configurations are separate workflows. Changing configurations after ink has been introduced may require extensive flushing, component replacement, recalibration, new color profiles, and RIP reconfiguration.

Production Requirements

Nine-color DTF production requires compatible RIP software, proper color profiles, correctly prepared artwork, regular maintenance, and controlled temperature and humidity. Fluorescent colors may not display accurately on a standard monitor, so physical printed samples should be used for final evaluation.

Although the system automates powdering, curing, cooling, and take-up, operator supervision is still required. Ink delivery, film tracking, powder supply, curing temperature, conveyor speed, ventilation, and finished-transfer quality must be monitored during production.

6-Month Limited Equipment Warranty

DTGPRO provides a six-month limited equipment warranty covering qualifying material or manufacturing defects, subject to applicable warranty terms, exclusions, and maintenance requirements.

Consumable and wear-related components are excluded, including printheads, dampers, caps, wipers, filters, ink lines, pumps, inks, and components affected by normal wear, misuse, incompatible consumables, cross-contamination, or inadequate maintenance.

Lead Time: Equipment preparation, ink configuration, profiling, testing, and freight scheduling may require additional lead time unless identified as QUICKSHIP.

Product appearance and minor component placement may vary by production version. The purchaser is responsible for confirming dimensions, doorway clearance, electrical requirements, ventilation, environmental conditions, freight access, unloading, and applicable local requirements before shipment.
