X-TREME Cleaning Solution

The X-TREME Cleaning Solution is a high-strength formula designed for flushing continuous ink systems and resolving severe or persistent printhead clogs. Use this when standard cleaning fluids are no longer effective, or when you need to flush ink tubing during an ink change.

• Best for: Extreme clogs, stubborn nozzle blockages, ink line flushing
• How to use: Flush through CIS/damper systems as directed, or fill into cleaning cartridges and run up to 3 cleaning cycles
• Important: Do not use for wet capping
• Tip: Try regular Cleaning Solution first - X-TREME is intended as a stronger, last-resort option

Capping Solution

The Capping Solution is formulated for wet capping and short-term protection during daily shutdown procedures. It is designed specifically to saturate the printhead resting cap at the end of the day to help prevent nozzle drying.

• Best for: End-of-day wet capping and short-term protection
• How to use: Saturate the capping station resting cap at the end of each business day
• Important: Not intended for cleaning or unclogging (use Cleaning Solution or X-TREME Cleaning Solution for clogs)
• For longer downtime: Use Maintenance Solution instead

Maintenance Solution

The Maintenance Solution is designed to preserve printhead condition during extended periods of inactivity, up to 30 days. Ideal for "vacation mode" or planned downtime, it helps keep components lubricated and stable so performance is maintained when you return.

• Best for: Idle/storage protection up to 30 days
• Important: This does not clean printheads and does not revive damaged printheads
• Before use: Ensure printheads are in good working condition with clean nozzle checks (no clogs/gaps)

De-Plasticizing Solution

The De-Plasticizing Solution is a targeted surface-cleaning fluid used to remove hardened or solidified ink from external areas around the printhead, capping station, and wiper blade. Apply with cleaning swabs for precise cleaning.

• Best for: Hardened ink residue on external components
• How to use: Apply with lint-free cleaning swabs to affected surfaces
• Warning: Do not insert into printhead channels and do not pour into the capping station
