Each MagicFoil™ Roll is ~400 ft long x 12.6" wide). Enough for up to 400 full-size shirts or 1,500 small logos/pockets.

MagicFoil™ is the finishing layer in the MagicLine™ system (MagicInk™ • MagicPowder™ • MagicFoil™). After you print a transparent, clog-free image with MagicInk™ and build your adhesive layer with MagicPowder™, MagicFoil™ gives you the final color, metallic effect, or specialty look - without ever running colored or white pigment inks through the printer.

Result: you get HTV-style, single-color boldness and DTF-style detail, but with premium foil finishes that standard HTV and many DTF setups can't easily achieve.

How MagicFoil™ Fits in the MagicLine™ Process

1. Print your artwork to DTF film using MagicInk™ (transparent, clog-free base).
2. Powder with MagicPowder™, then cure until the adhesive layer is set.
3. Clean (optional but recommended): mist the transfer with MagicDust-Off™ and wipe to remove powder fines or static-held particles from non-printed areas.
4. Press the cured transfer to the garment.
5. Foil: place MagicFoil™ face-up over the transferred area and press again at the recommended temperature/pressure/time.
6. Peel according to the specific MagicFoil™ grade (hot / warm / cold peel) to reveal the finished color/effect.

Because color is introduced at the foil stage, you can run a single transparent ink and still offer multiple colors and finishes.

MagicFoil™ is the natural upgrade path for MagicInk™ users. If the exact powder color you need isn't available, or if you want a premium metallic look, you don't need to swap inks - you just finish in foil.

This keeps your printer running clean (no pigments, no white, no clogs) while your color and effects stay in inventory-safe, shelf-stable rolls of MagicFoil™.

Ideal for: single-color logos, team numbers, premium merch, lettering, metallic accenting, seasonal collections, fashion pieces, and short-run custom shops.

Pro Tip: For substrates or fabrics that are lower energy or that have heavy textures, apply MagicBond™ Spray before foiling - this improves foil grab and wash durability.

Usage Tips

• Keep film surfaces free of stray powder - use MagicDust-Off™ to lift fines before foiling.
• Always press MagicFoil™ with even pressure; use a pressing pillow or pad on uneven garments.
• Test peel temperature (hot / warm / cold) for the specific MagicFoil™ grade you're using.
• Store MagicFoil™ rolls in a cool, dry area, away from direct sunlight to protect finish quality.
